'Thought I'd post this; it might be on here somewhere else. Dallas Safari Club has a program to pay participating processors a portion of the processing fee for donating meat to Hunters for the Hungry.

So, a person is out no money if they donate deer at these locations?

I wish I knew also. I've donated several in the past and it always cost me between $35 & $50 to donate.

Some places have raised local money to have the processing fees covered. Check with your local processor
