Just used this thing for the first and I am totally in love with the thing!
When I started reloading, I feel like brass prep was the biggest complaint. To me brass prep is only moreraly annoying because it was something easy to do that didn't require me to pay too much attention whilst doing it, ie doing it while watching tv. Powder measuring was the most annoying part to me and now I have this awesome thing.

Does anyone know if u can make the volume of the beep lower?

You can turn it off entirely. Should be in the manual.

Yes, you can turn the beep off. You can also have it auto charge the pan when you set the pan back on and it auto fill it.

The default setting is to auto charge because it did that and I haven't changed anything but the speed.
So there's no lowering? I like the beep, I just don't want it so loud.

So, how long have you been living with this annoyance, Matt?

For far too long! It will be about 24hrs since I deemed it too loud since i took out the chargemaster from its box 25hrs ago.

I was in a crunch a few weeks ago, and had to get 250 rounds of 6.5 Creedmoor loaded. I thought "bring it into the living-room, and let it run on the coffee table while the wife and I are watching something." Wait! Better turn that beep off, or she will give me fits!

Then there's days I'm tempted to do it just to bug her. flame

Hah! Red, that's exactly why I'm asking. I got a 9 month old. Her room and my shop are literally on the opposite ends of the stairs, a straight stair way. So I kept seeing her twitch a little every time it beeped. And my baby girl is actually a pretty deep sleeper for an infant but she is still a little infant. I can only imagine the hell that would reign down on me if that machine woke her up.
