Not sure of the black dog, but the dog retrieving looks to be a wired hair pointer.

100% GWP or Draathar. I'd guess GWP based on country. I have a GWP pup, almost 6 months old. His drive is unbelievable. My yellow lab was a perfect dog, but this little guy never gives up on game. I mean, never ever gives up. Took him on his first quail hunt and he wore me out.

Good looking pup, where did you get him?
I'll take a Black Female every time.

Thank you, got him from the breeder below. Dewayne was super easy to work with, he sent me pics and met me halfway. I found him on gundogcentral.com He was the closest breeder I could find with several direct generations of hunting GWPs. As I knew I'd be stuck with the dog either way, I wanted to minimize the risk of a low drive dog as much as I could. I have been pleased with the pup and can already tell he has has more prey drive than I could imagine. Only downside to the breed compared to a lab is that they are really headstrong. Super smart though. I added a pic of the sire he uses. Worthingtons Wirehairs DEWAYNE WORTHINGTON 951 E 640TH STREET MULBERRY, KS 66756 620-224-7278
