This big guy started hitting the feeder behind my house this last weekend. Maybe I will connect with him in the future and we can see how close people get to actual weight. The day time pic for reference includes two 45 lb dogs and that fallen tree is probably around 16" in diameter, maybe more

Let's see, you can't see the whole hog and it is from odd angles and you can't tell if it is even the same hog. The dogs weigh 45lbs each and look to be about 1/20 the size of the hog that would make the hog approximately 900 lbs. Of course, the dogs for size comparison are located well away from where the hog is standing and appear to be down hill from the hog. Comparing the 16" diameter log to the dogs gives the impression that the dogs are approximately 34" tall. Comparing the 16" diameter log to the hog would give the impression that it comes up to the hog's heel and so the back of the hog is about 4'6" tall.

LOL, that is a lot of forced perspective and obfuscated clues you have given us!

Hog Size?

Hmmmmm......lets see.

Bigger than a loaf of bread, but smaller than a VW.

Nothing of known scale in the same focal plane as the hog, so we can't use anything like that.

Photos are so dark...its difficult to see the hog anyway.

Shoot it, weigh it...and let us know.

Good luck.

As DNS stated above, never a great picture showing the whole body.

Honestly, he doesn't look much bigger than the two in the second to last dark picture hanging under the feeder. Based ont hsoe pics and the pics of the dogs, I would put this one between 175-200. That's my WAG and let me remind you I won a contest on this here topic a while back on the THF so I know what I am talking about roflmao
