On my way to Llano I saw a new processor on Hwy 29, I stopped in and talked for a couple minutes. They said they have another Processing plant south of Lampasas for 18yrs and just opened this store up.

It is called P&R Processing, has anyone tried them before?

(It is about 1000-1500' east another processor called Bucks Unlimited)

I've used P&R for five years now, and have never been disappointed. Paul is a super nice guy, they are quick, & have a very clean facility. I will keep using them as long as they are in business.

I've always used Miller's in llano and have been happy with what they've done. But, they don't make Bratwurst, which is the one thing I really need to get me through the year. Does P&R make a good Brat?

I'm not sure about brat's, I'll check next week when I p/u my deer. I always get ground, steaks, jap & cheese summer sausage, jap link, & sometimes snack sticks. All have been excellent.
