At about 3:35-3:40 what is the donut shaped shockwave in the center of the first gel block from the hollow point?

At about 3:35-3:40 what is the donut shaped shockwave in the center of the first gel block from the hollow point? Sonoluminescence Hot gases created that can't escape the temporary wound cavity for just an instant. Most often appears as a brief 'flash'....but can look like a small explosion inside the ballistic gel.
