So do any of you guys take them daily? I did for most my life. Then got divorced 5 years ago and as a single man I just quit taking them. On top of that I think I even eat worse now. Over the last few months it seems like I was always tired and worn out. I decided to buy some one-a-days and after a week it seems like I am feeling better. Not sure if it is the actual vitamins or just a placebo effect.

I was wondering where this post ended up. I thought maybe it got deleted and I was wondering why. Well I guess that's the end of it then. Seems no-one really visits this section. Health and Fitness...Pffft!

I took the GNC multi vitamin with B-12 for years, I took it daily. It made my urine a bright yellow.

I quit taking them and never felt a difference

I had the same issue as you last year, I was always tired and feeling worn out. I went to my doctor had my Testerone test and it was normal.

I started walking at least 30 minutes each morning and that was the cure for me

I say you need to eat better and get active. You think you might have low testosterone? Maybe look into natural test boosters to boost your test up. Low test results in loss of appetite, tiredness, and even a form of depression.

My doc recommends a simple over the counter vitamin. Primarily as a supplement in the chance I miss something in my diet. BUT, vitamins are not a substitute for a variered diet.

I take one several times a week, but not daily. I will say this, if I eat poorly for a couple days, I can feel fatigued.

If the 2nd amendment was written just to include guns for hunting, why is there not an amendment to protect fishing poles?
