Where can I get the best AR Buffer and Spring? I am having ejection issues and am going to get a good spring and buffer to see if that will correct my problem. Thanks

First off, make sure you have the correct buffer (carbine, rifle). I would highly recommend the David Tubb flat-wire recoil spring. We are running them in 3 different lowers and they are awesome. Also stops the "sproing" sound. Best $25 you'll ever spend on your AR : https://www.midwayusa.com/product/693755...-chrome-silicon

Also, which buttstock do you have?

JP high power polished spring. But I'd think your issue is most likely gas related unless you have the wrong spring to start with
