My first deer with a bow in 16 years. Here some pics of the buck after I found him. He was a 9 pt with 3 extra kickers that dressed 144 lbs. He is my second biggest buck with a bow that I was proud to take on my own place.
Here is a link to a lengthy grin post/recap I made in the Bow Hunting section on here.

Thanks, my last bow kill in 2000 was in Medina County. This one was in Goliad County.

Here is from last year when he was a 5x5 with one kicker. He had a history of disappearing in General Season every year then returning in January.

Based on seeing him all of archery season last year in 2015, I went back and found two bucks that could have been him from 2014. Both had similar hair pattern in the shoulder/brisket area and forehead color that he had in 2015. His forehead color did not look similar this year. These pics were from November in 2014. I feel he was the 8 pt though more than the 10 point after seeing him at 20 yards several times in archery season. Not sure why he dropped the G4 on the left beam though. He looked much better in person last and this year than in the TC pics also.
