I know alot of folks have went to collet neck resizing as much as they can, but when do you have to or when do you choose to do a full-length resize?

After using the collet die, check to make sure the cases will chamber in your rifle. If they do, then you're probably good to go.

When a fired case chambers snugly, I'll FL resize. My normal 223 reloads are moderate, so I can go a while before FL sizing. My 220 is loaded to the max, so I just FL size each time. I like the Collet Die. I'll even run new cases through it to make sure the necks are right before loading them up.
