All I have seen so far is spikes and forks. Now to decide if he gets a pass, looks young to me.

This is in kempner, ya he has been out in the day a lot. Hard lesson for the girlfriends daughter. She got in trouble and lost her chance at hunting youth weekend. He was at the feeder at 8 AM yesterday.

That is encouraging, you still hunting the small property? I have also just started seeing fair bucks (2) and several smaller new ones for the year. Also find scrapes getting worked now.

I hear you, I am at 15.23 (that .23 makes all the difference grin) I have around 9 different bucks coming in right now, only 2 even look close to AR's, but I enjoy seeing the activity.

Well shoot you are doing better than me. I am happy though. This is our first year here and we are learning a lot and already have plans to improve for next year. I know I need to work on concealment as my priority because I have been busted way too many times this year. Sounds like you got a little honey hole there. I am seeing lots of fawns and spikes, like you it is just fun to watch the activity.

It helps having the 2 small food plots, plus I feed and work the land all year here for the past12 years. Much depends on your neighbors, as we since we all see the same deer..

Girlfriends dad just bought a tractor so a plot is in the works for us next year. I think in a few years we will be sitting pretty good. Not a lot of other hunters around me but everyone feeds corn in their front yard, so I need something different for them
