So I'm planning on ordering the all-in combo boss buck #200. When I looked at the varmint cage that boss buck sells, it says the cage doesn't fit on the 200. What varmint cage do I need to buy that will work with the 200? Also, what are your thoughts on the 200 combo before I make the purchase?

Don't know the answer to your cage question, but I would go bigger than 200 if the feeder is
Not directly on your day use property (I.e. Where you live or work) since 200 lbs will drain very quickly and require lots of trips and many frustrated times dealing with empty feeder.

Especially if you can't get a cage on it and coons find it, they could drain 200 lbs in a couple days.

You bring up a really good point. I would probably only be able to show up once every other week. I could get the #350 and buy the varmint cage. I don't know how often I would need to fill it up.

I find a 350 lb barrel with a good cage will last about a month, with coins hitting it it lasts about 10-12 days.
That's spinning twice a day.

If you can, buy bigger. You will Never regret going bigger than a 200# feeder.

Definitely go 55gal. drum or bigger. Winch up, if you can afford it.

Bought the 350. Bought the cage to go with it. I'll buy the protein head once the time is needed. Wife wasn't a huge fan of me changing to the 350. grin

I know we have a ton of coons out here. Just means I'll have to buy some more duke traps and kill them off.

Varmint cages are pretty easy to make.

Since we put The Eliminator on our spinners and the cage, no more coon issues

Put pvc pipe on legs so it rolls easy, no more coons on your feeder, but keep trapping them.
