We have 7000 acres in Reagan and Crockett Counties that we would be willing to lease to a cooperation/business for the duration of quail season after the end of deer season. Lease would be from January 1-February 26, 2017. There are both bobwhite and blue/scaled quail on this lease with cover ranging from mesquite flats to cedar with a few rolling hills. Limited oil field traffic as of now. Deer feeders keep quail fed and around and we would be willing to work out some type of feeding program if that interests you. Quail have made a big comeback on our place in the last couple of years. We have had adequate and timely rainfall this past year and this acreage was only hunted by a party of 3 this past year, so there are a lot of birds. Dogs are welcome, with senderos crossing the place both north and south and east and west to make the land widely accessible for ATV vehicles. We show you the boundaries and get out of your way for the balance of quail season that occurs after deer season.
