Anybody remember these? Dig the hat. Came across one still in the package while cleaning out Mom's garage. I vaguely remember trying one. I guess it helped some, if the sun was in a bad spot. Goes over your scope eye piece.

For shooting through a scoped rifle at night I have found it beneficial to put a coat or something over my head/the scope to keep light out of my eyes so I can focus more on the target. Shot a hog at 225 yards at about 10pm with no artificial light, just the light of the moon doing that.
