Have a couple suppressors I got NFA stamps for thru my corporation.
What documents do I need to have on me when in the field/range when I've got the suppressors with me? the entire form with stamp affixed? Form and stamp plus LLC/corp documents, or can I just have a photocopy of the stamp in my wallet?

Copy of (not original) Tax stamp, and I keep proof of my employment with my company, since my suppressors are through my company. I keep copies of my 2 cans paperwork in a zip lock bag in several locations (rifle case, truck, hunting back pack, etc).

I keep a copy of all my Form 1's and 4's wrapped in a plastic baggy in my gun case. I don't carry any corp documents.

At a minimum copies of the form and stamp. I have mine in a trust which is similar and I keep a copy of that handy as well just in case. I keep digital copies of all on my phone and a paper copy in my truck/shooting bag.

...and as a back up...take photo with phone just in case you forget hard copies or they get lost!
I am still looking for the perfect apron, one with reinforced knee areas would be perfect.

Google docs.
Just upload your trust or corp paperwork and all of your Forms (1s or 4s). That way you have them with you no matter where you are as you can pull them up on any device that has internet connection.
That being said, I have been in the NFA game for a while and have NEVER been asked to produce my papers.

If you do a load a scanner app you can scan all documents and save on your phone. Scanner app works way better than just taking a pic.

I keep a copy of my tax stamps and trust in all my gun gases I use with my class lll items. I also leave a copy of those two items in my truck. I haven't done it yet, but I want a copy in my phone.

I keep paper copies of trust and stamps in all the gun cases and 1 in the truck. Only time I have been asked is at a gun range. The guy scanned through every page of the trust. Never went back to that gun range.
It is far more important to be able to hit the target than it is to haggle over who makes a weapon or who pulls a trigger.
