Alright guys last minute but 360 acres for lease south of Jacksboro on Hwy 4. $12 per acre $4320 up to 3 guns maximum. All game year around. Camping is allowed but there is not electricity or water. There is a well with solar power on the place but not where I would setup campers. I am sure you could use it to haul water though. You could also camp offsite at Fort Richardson State Park or even Lake Possum Kingdom.

There are windmills on the surrounding property, but none on this location. There are well sites but the water is poly piped to a different location so water trucks will not be in and out all the time. Good all weather roads and close proximity to the metroplex. The surrounding landowner has little pressure and also very close to the Richards Ranch, possibly the eastern boundary, which is 14,000 acres of MLD. This is rolling country with draws, mesquites, and oaks. Several stock tanks and one good looking duck hole.
