How are you keeping your clothing scent free after wash during storage through use?

I have a bin with all my hunting gear (cheap walmart bin with lid). I leave an earth scented wafer in it along with a box of baking soda and saran wrap the lid on to keep it fairly sealed. Seemed to work as I has a young 6 point come within 7-10 yards this weekend on public land. Video in public forum and on FB/youtube page below.

Not scent free, but I chunk all my washed camo into my cedar chest.

I use one of those bags, buy at Walmart, that you can vacuum the air out or roll the air out. Put a scent wafer in for hits and grins.

I keep mine in a duffle bag and then inside a tote that I put cedar branches in. The duffle bag is only used for hunting clothes and as soon as I am done hunting they get put up. I definitely don't wear them around the campfire until I have taken my buck for the year.

In years past I have a large storage bin and before the season I wash all my cloths in scent killer and put them in and leave that bin at deer camp and bring home anything that needs to be re-washed. This year I am trying Whitetail'R ScentPURGE 50, Google it and read some reviews but pretty much it’s supposed to be put into a bin, bag, closet or truck and will destroy all odors not just cover them up. I think its working so far but early in the season to tell for sure

Plastic tote with cedar limbs in the bottom. I dont put my hunting clothes on until I get out at the lease most especially my boots. There is no use to get your clothes scent free and wear the same boots you were wearing when you fueled up before heading to the lease.

I keep mine in a large ice chest that I leave at the farm. I'm able to do my wash there so:

My wife doesn't wash them with smelly detergent.
I wear the same clothes there and back, so I don't bring any additional clothes home for her to wash.

Everybody's happy!

JR

I bought a giant ziplock bag at Walmart that I use to haul them to camp and then they go in a plastic tote.

I wash mine with scent killer only and keep them in a plastic bag. While walking to my stands I always make sure to squish my boots in any cow flops I see.

i have a tote, will put some cedar boughs and goatweed in there, they come out smelling like cedar after just a couple days. And it's cheap!

I fold them up and store them in those big scent free plastic bags after washing them. Then they go in to scent-lok bins because I got them for cheap money. The bins make it easier to move the stuff around and you don't have to worry about the bags getting holes in them lol.
