I am looking for a fixed or folding blade knife but i want the knife blade to be about 4-5" long and about the size of a filet knife but I would prefer it to be pretty sturdy. Does anyone on here make a good sharp knife that holds an edge like this or know of where I can buy one? It will be used for skinning mostly.
