Saw this one Tuesday night as I was moving to another blind riding my ATV. Be careful out there!

This past weekend, we drove up on 2 rattlers within 10 feet of each other. Both scooted off into the brush and we weren't able to take care of either. When do rattle snakes breed?

Was he tender when you ate him, or tough?

I always thought it was all in the cooking more than the seasoning. Of course, it also depends on how much you handle them while they're getting older.

How do you cook them so that they're not so rubbery?
