I used Miller Grove farm supply out of Cumby earlier this year. A 29,340lb load of driveway gravel
cost $520 delivered back in April. Prices change daily at the yard. They will give you a ballpark price, but
final price will be based on net weight after pick up. The guy who delivered was a damn good driver and could dump spread. (903-450-3279)

As hoytman said, no rut activity yet. Acorns dropping everywhere and deer have moved off the feeders. Rut last year was in full swing by Nov 13th.

I'm just south of there in Rains county. Saw 12-14 doe and yearlings this evening, not seeing any rut activity. Should start seeing some in another two weeks or so.

Saw 6 yesterday evening. Still haven't seen a buck other than on camera. My dad hunting here said he has seen some young bucks showing some rut behavior.

Its just so dang warm. I hate hunting when its warm and humid. And, forecast shows mid 80's for the next 7 days. I'm ready for it to get cold.

Bucks are traveling around and "shadowing" does at my place. (which i live on and get to observe daily). Bucks are not with the does or directly approaching, but if you see a doe, there will be a buck somewhere within a couple hundred yards. Thought i heard a couple of antler clacks yesterday evening after seeing a doe. But it could have been my goats.

Saw mostly 1-2 year old bucks and young does Sat-Tues. However did see a 2 year old buck dogging a younger doe. Things probably cranking up this weekend I am guessing. This is in the Saltillo area

I'm hunting in Franklin county. Purley area. Saw a pretty big buck right at dark last Saturday evening. Couldn't tell much about him other then he had good body and good horns. Hopefully I'll know more sat morning! Got a late start this year due to work but hey, better late then never!

Bucks where moving solo where I'm at. Hit the hay meadows around the edges. You'll see tons of movement.
