Great combination right there! Be prepared for one hole shooting at 100, and single digit ES, once you get the load worked out.

The gunsmith also gave me a load for 140s with 41.6 grains of H4350 loaded at 2.78 overall length. Should I try one over the other?

Order the 143 ELD-X, find the rifling, and play with powder charges of Varget.

Should I try one over the other? guys are split down the middle w/ varget and 4350 - i use varget because i had allot at the time and it worked so I never veered. try both if you don't have any on hand, if you have one or the other on hand just go with what you have. My experience is coupled with a lack of experimentation because the combo i used just worked. as far as bullet I only ran the hybrids and I don't see any need to try the others but again, it's because I have 1000's on hand and don't have the personal need to experiment. I have shot the 140 nosler custom comp's under the same load and they are great and I continue to use them for up to 600 engagements, training, etc... after that i make sure to shoot the hybrids.
