Joined the forum 3 years ago and forgot about it but here I am now. I got this stag back at the end of 2013..Won the hunt in an essay contest on how hunting is conservation through my high school

Thanks all, it was definitely an exciting hunt. Coming after 4 or so years of hunting out of a tower blind and seeing nothing legal made it well worth the wait. Shot him in Seagoville on a high fenced ranch, the owner donated the two hunts to TPWD to give away. Definitely an experience I won't forget and will always be thankful for
