Where can I buy them and not have to go online? Maynot have time to do that. Going through Atoka Oklahoma and prefer not to go to Walmart, there has go to be somewhere other than that option. Couldn't find any info on the state website.

Your cell phone...while not ideal... technically your suppose to have the print out(they will send it to email) , with that said the law allows for you to tag your animal with any peice of paper that has the correct location info on it. Before anyone thinks about shooting then buying..... it's time stamped.
You can also print from your phone any where with a wifi photo kiosk(Walmart, Walgreens etc) assuming you can't find a printer

Not alot of small places in OK sell license, an old man at a feed store in Ryan OK told me they make $1 per license sold, and they wanted them to spend like 5 or 6 grand to get a new computer set up, so alot of the smaller stores threw in the towel.
Haven't had it in years but never spit any out. I am a sucker for happy endings and strapped cowboys.

Not sure where you are coming from and how you are getting to Atoka but...They sell Oklahoma licenses at the Cabelas in Allen, TX and also at the Gander Mountain in Sherman (or is it Denison?). I just buy my OK license online. It's extremely simple although their license is weird.
