The lawsuit against Bushmaster was tossed in response to the suit after the Newtown shooting.

And then when Clinton takes Office in Jan she will push the laws allowing victims of gun crime to file lawsuits against gun manufacturers and gun dealers.

I hope they (the plaintiffs) lose on appeal and are required to pay Remington's legal expenses.

Can you appeal a dismissal? I thought you couldn't but I'm not very knowledgeable on the subject.
