In the tree, a little later than I wanted, but light wind in my favor is helping keep my presence unknown (I hope).

Did a little work here at the feeder/stand area last night, let's see what comes in. About 45 minutes until first light .

Had a small pig under the feeder for a short while until the feeder went off. Then it freaked out and banged
On the panels a couple times until it found its way out. I was hoping it would spook off when the feeder went off. Now let's hope some deer show and I didn't blow my chance for a shot!

Haha. I like your thought process! Mama left, twins still here. Hoping something else is looking for a snack. Lone doe, big buck, something.

Is it just me, or does it always sound like something is behind you when you hunt...

One of the twins is a buck, small little nubbins on him. Mama came back and is eating with them again. So far not seeing anything else. It seems every time
I am on my phone something shows up, so here's to hoping something shows that's different from what I am looking at

Got a cow working about 60 yards away through some trees. Mama probably saw it and didn't want to be around when it got here

Well, it's the third cow within 100 yards of here, I am guessing any deer around are probably scattered since sun is up and they don't like cows during the day. Looks like my hunting is pretty well done for the morning. Gonna give it another 10-15 minutes or so, but don't have much hope at this point.

Gave it a go, nothing moving except cows at this point. Throwing in the towel.

Will be back next week up
