I have submitted more tickets this year than ever before and have come up short handed. Big Fat Zero!
But, even though the odds are greatly against me, I am hoping to get one of these upcoming hunts.
Anyone excited for these hunts? I can't help it but I am.

I am looking forward to the Mulie drawing. But it will be a longshot. There were only two hunts avalible that I did not have a conflict with the dates. Good luck to everyone. We should know on Wednesday.

Is this when the mule deer gun hunts are drawn? Yes sir sweet. Already got drawn for Brazos bend after I had received the pending second draw notification so maybe my luck will follow over to this drawing. I mean at least I got a chance haha.

That's great that you were able to get drawn at BBSP. I have been trying to get out there for years. 2 months ago I did some work for a lady that has about 60 acres that connects to BBSP. I did the work for free in return for hunting rights. There are tons of deer and hogs out there. Enjoy, you should be coming home with some meat for the freezer.

They were fast on this one. I've got all second draw too. Not griping though. I've been very fortunate this year.

Just got notification I drew Lagua Atascosa Exotic Archery. Since this was a new category I thought I would put in and start getting points. Unfortuently I was drawn and will not be able to go. Honestly, I don't think you would be missing much skipping this hunt. They culled the nilgai and hogs by helicopter pretty heavily this year and even heavier last year. I'll be going on the archery deer hunt there but I don't have my expectations very high for getting a nilgai.
