Well after weeks of searching and a couple missed opportunities, finally reserved a pup the age I wanted. 6 month old out of a quality breeder in KS. I will be picking him up next week and take him to a local trainer I'm building a good relationship with. Though I'm not new to GSPs, I'm an upland rookie and thought the best way to start was with a dog that has a solid foundation before I bring him home. It's gonna be a long 2-3 months before I can bring him home and hunt him for the first time but I'm so excited!
