Beretta 687 Silver Pigeon III Sporting 12ga with RH palm swell. The shotgun dates to circa 1991, comes with 5 chokes and the original case. 13.75" LOP over a decelerator pad that is nicely done. Bores are bright and shiny with no pitting or rust visible. Lock-up is tight. A fiber optic front sight has been installed.
As to condition, the shotgun is in what I would call good-very good shape with a few minor stock bumps / dings. The wood is very nice as to grain / color. The blue is also nice overall, but shows a little wear in spots. Put simpler, the gun is not new and has been hunted some. On a percentage scale I would rate it 85+ percent and I try to be conservative when it comes to this.
$1650.00 for a cash sale. As to trades, I might be interested in a Citori plus cash, or other high end over/unders that have neutral cast, or cast on. I am left handed and that's the only reason I am selling the Pigeon. High grade Citoris that would require cash on my end is not a problem if you have a Grade III-V.
I also like Benelli autos and tactical pistols, such as HK's, a few of the Sig models and so on. The only rifles that I'd probably entertain would be a SCAR 17, LWRC REPR or maybe a LMT .308. No hunting rifles. Maybe pocket type pistols such as S&W 340/360, etc., etc. [IMG]
