Headed up to Childress and Canadian area first week in November. Any recommendations on a clean motel for a bird hunter w/ a couple dogs? Dogs stay on truck at night, but would be nice to have an area to air them out before bedtime.

Contact Kyle Lynch, Canadian ISD superintendent. He has A GSP and could give you some helpful information.

Just stayed at the "quiet Inn" in Canadian on an Antelope hunt last week. Will be staying there again in the future. Clean, large rooms (even had a full sized Fridge)and was much cheaper than the only other option we could find in town.

For near Canadian, check the Arrington Ranch B&B.

You stay in the ranch owner's old family house from the early 1900's, which is restored and wonderful.

Lots of room for the dogs to run, 10's of 1,000's of acres, as long as they do not go inside.

It is about 10 miles west of Canadian.
