Have you guys bought much from here? I purchased from them for the first time and its not been a super pleasant experience.

I caught a deal that I needed: bolt carrier group (standard), charging handle, and 100 rounds of plinking .223 federal ammo...for a good price, I think $99 or so.

Well it took 3 days to leave the warehouse, which all are just parts, not an upper or lower than has to be assembled. Finally got here and the BCG was missing the firing pin, firing pin retaining pin, the cam bolt that guides the bolt, and the bolt was seized inside the carrier and will not come out. Tapping with wood, pulled with pliers, etc...

The packaging to the bcg says on the outside, "your parts were packaged with care and inspected by XXXX"....what?! theres no way.

Anyways...just wondering if you guys have good experiences here and maybe I just had bad luck. Its the last dang part I am waiting on for this build...blah!

Their shipping can be slow but never had problems like you. I'd raise hell

+1 on the slow shipping, but I haven't had trouble like yours. When I dealt with customer service they were pretty good.

Always slow to ship so that's no suprise

They sent a label to return/replace but I still have to ship back and then wait for new or repaired item to get here. Just frustrating...yall know how when you get all your parts you want to get out and shoot the dang thing. This sets it back probably another couple weeks at their rate.

I expect the slow shipping so never buy anything from them I am in a hurry for. No problems to this point, have always been happy with the quality.

Just purchased a bcg from them . They have free shipping as a daily deal today.

I order from them all the time. Like others said, shipping can be slow at times, but at the cost on some of their deals, totally worth it to me! Although frustrating, I have no doubt they will make it right for you.

I've also had great service from them during the past three or four years. Everything from ammunition, parts, and complete weapons have always been as described and at incredible values. Their FN barreled upper receivers seem to be better than anything else in their price-range.

Never had bad products from them before. But I also know that if I order on the first day of a sale, it probably won't be shipped for up to 2 weeks after the order.

Guess I just got unlucky...this bcg wasnt even close to being right. Maybe it was a return that got mixed in with new ones.

There was another guy that posted a very similar experience with a PSA bolt carry her bought. Can't remember the name of the thread though. I like PSA stuff, good quality and killer prices, but their CS and shipping is terrible.

don't order a LPK and expect all the pieces to be there haha

Used them a few times and been satisfied, just a tad slow shipping.

Ordered quite a few lowers and uppers from them...always been satisfied and everything I've bought has shipped quickly, within 3-4 days. Their prices are awesome.

I had a problem with a BCG I purchased from them earlier this year...they basically did not care.

Your's was the thread I was referring to earlier. I've been watching their daily deals to get another AR for around $550ish before the election. I like their stuff but not a fan of doing business with them.
