You may not notice much with a quick glance, but I see two things.. something's going on underneath and if you zoom in, she has spots not only down her spine but all over her body.. Thoughts?

Is that growth of some sort under her, it looks pretty gross.

Spots in the spine are common. looks like that is the front part of her udder and you see that at times when they are very old.

The hind quarter looks rough,, more like bumps instead of hair shedding..
Thought I had seen spots on the THF before, just never seen in person before.

Those spots are more of the last of the summer hair coat that is longer/thinner hair and lighter colored.

Just a normal doe putting on her winter coat and part of her milk bag showing.

Just grind the sausage a little finer and it will chew up just fine.
I Feed Indian Corn. The deer love it and all the colors make them stay at the feeder longer.

If you want some friendly advice, get a haircut and take a bath. You wouldn't get hassled so much.
