I've done the steel. Anyone have experience with the fiberglass models? Pros-Cons?

If this is something that you will have in place for many years then go with steel. Steel is easier to move with less damage if you have too. We have a few steel pits that have been moved 3-4 times.

We have aluminum pit blinds built by Quirks Welding in Louisiana. They are awesome. No issues after 5 years

Steel is obviously more durable but fiberglass is much more portable. I have friends with fiberglass pits that get the job done just fine.

We have fiberglass pits because in drought years our flood water has some salt in it. They are just ok. Not nearly as durable as steel. They tend to leak frequently and the leaks seem to be harder to stop than with steel. Yes they are lighter and easier to move, but practically I think that if I tried to dig them up they would tear up and have so many leaks that they wouldn't be usable. Go with steel if you can. With our salt problems, aluminum is what I would go with if I had to redo.

Steel has a quality of durability, but steel has a disadvantage of its heavy weight. Due to this steel is not very much portable. On the other hand, the fibreglass is of light weight. This makes fibreglass more portable as compared to steel. Both have their advantages and disadvantages. You can get brief information and products on CHW Forge.

What about the pre-cast concrete ones? I have been looking at those and they look pretty nice.
