Looks like a feral angora/Spanish group. But yes, do check with your land owner. I let a customer shoot a Spanish billy once, out of a group that the owner had ignored since before he traded/inherited the ranch. I'd previously lassoed the sumbich and made him walk to the cabin, tied to the bumper of my Expedition. (We made quite an entrance.) They were a PITA on our feeders. Cost me having our shop build a custom headache rack (with full-length rails, of course) and installing a good (Rawson) toolbox for the owner.
So you see, Little Napoleon and I actually DO have something in common - we both hate goats. (His hatred is just a little bit more visceral.)

Feral goats. Taste great. I shot a Boer cross a long time ago and she tasted like any other goat. I love goat, but not as much as venison.

Our rancher we lease from on CR406 has a bunch of goats. With that being said I also know there is a herd of Spanish goats that travel the big canyon going towards the Pecos.
