Looking for 75-100 acres near San Angelo. Robert lee is ideal. Needs to have water of some sort in place. Loan already approved. Anyone have something they are wanting to sell?

Jerod Pitcock over there in Robert Lee would be a good guy to visit with about it.

I saw where he had 100 acres by Robert lee at 155k listed the other day.

I actually looked at that place. I made an offer but seller declined with no counter. A little high seeing as it has no water or electric. Seller said he would drill a well with offer but wants full price. Wells on neighbors place are only 3 gallon per minute.
