It sounds like Jstern is the best source for raffia grass in bulk. I am needing to blind a 4x8 metal blind with a 6' rear wall. How much is recommended and what is the cost/lb?

Call them. They were really helpful and courteous when I called them last year and ordered. They helped with me color selection by mixing it up and what was best for the area we were hunting. I think their 25 lb package would do it. Highly recommended for quality and customer support.

So I gave them a call and it's about $140 shipped for just 25lb (minimum) of natural. Does that seem expensive or is that the norm?

Avery brand grass and fast grass run $25 to $30 for 2lbs at Macks. If you call it $15 a lb $140 for $25 isn't bad
