In Willacy county. Do you think he is 3years? looks like he might be. 2nd year on this ranch. Not a lot of "monsters", but have seen plenty of deer similar to this one physically with better racks.

Cull for sure. Older buck and inferior rack. Take him before the rut.

I'll bet he's 2. Still might be a deer you want to kill. But because of all the rain carcass weights are abnormally high.
There will be a lot of young bucks shot for older deer this year.

Two things... 1 yes I'd consider him a cull. 2 man it looks so green there. You probably have some great deer in the area but they won't show up at feeders till much later.
Shoot him soon if you can. Try throwing a 10pm feeding. You might get one of your older deer in there.

I Feed Indian Corn. The deer love it and all the colors make them stay at the feeder longer.
