Last week I had the privilege to hunt with 4U outfitters outside of Jackson Hole, WY. It was a harder hunt than I could have ever imagined. If you have never been elk hunting the best way I can describe it is hunting 800lb turkeys at 8000 feet high on horseback. It was a blast.

We saw a few mulies. The elk hunting was tough. Not one bugle until the 4th day and then it went crazy. Everything changed overnight. I guess that is how the rut is with all hunting
