THF Family,
I am taking some clients on an exotic hunt in Lampasas coming from Dallas next month. Do you have a good taxidermist or processor you can recommend between Lampasas and Dallas? Glen Rose, Waco, Hico, Waxahachie, Hillsboro, Cleburne, Midlothian?
Likely to be Axis, Stag, or Fallow.
I have done Kuby's here is Dallas for years and have decided I need a new processor. I have always been in need of a good taxidermist as well.

I have been using Alpine Taxidermy in South Fort Worth for years. I have always been happy with his work.

Ron Karasek in Hamilton for taxidermy and Hamilton Quality Meats for processing....I think for exotics it has to be deboned though...I can get you numbers for either...

It's a bit out of the way but Hall of Fame taxidermy in Bronte does amazing work

Same 2 I was going to recommend. Have had Black Dog do several mounts for me and Wenzel is the best processor I have ever used, take it to him boned out or there will be a charge for boning it out. The triple smoked bacon burger is fantastic as are all the sausage and the Lonestar Brats are another favorite.
