As you can see, this guy is relatively thin and has wounds under all four legs. Any ideas of what's wrong with him?

You can tell by how he is standing, something is wrong. He is humped up a bit in the flank area and seems to have some hair missing in the same area.
Are idiots multiplying faster than normal people?

Probably got his back legs hung in a barbed wire fence and finally got loose X2 x3, and a because of the injury that's why he's 'snowbirding' your feeder. Coyotes will get him unless you take a kid or novice to hunt him.

He does not have the lower leg scares to show he was hung in a fence. I believe that he could have landed on a fence, but who knows at this point.
