I'm guessing there wasn't too much structural damage. Look like y'all did a pretty dang good job fixing it back up.

Minimal structure damage. We replaced a few wall studs and joists that were chard but the report showed no major damage. The fire inspector said that most likely the fire burned its self out.

They believe it was due to old lights on a dry Christmas tree. No one was home at the time and no pets in the house.
