I am looking for a year round lease or land to buy within 2 hours of Terrell. I need space for my family of four to hunt, camp and fish if possible.
I and my wife are seasoned hunters and we would be teaching my son (12) and my daughter (10) to hunt. Boyscout and Girlscout family.

The amount of land all depends on how much and where it is located. Would like a couple Thousand acres but in the real world 20 to 40 acres is more likely.
