One of my neighbors took these of a buck last year. I think it is the same deer.

Could be or the fact it rained a whole lot more the whole year last year and not as much in the key months this year. Still good to see that a mature buck can make another year.

Well, i want his kids running around so he gets my pass. Low to mid130s would be the biggest I have seen or heardin this area. I'm in South Texas, but not proper South Texas when you talk about deer hunting

Looks like a grandpa deer. That curved look in the neck is one thing I look for definitely mature to me.
