That looks good man! I am gonna start making again and going to make some skandi grind blades. Never used them before but after using some this past year I liked how the performed. Keep up the good work!

Scandi and the Texas Bevel I use have identical angles. The working edge is about 1/2 the angle of any flat ground knife. Therefore, the performance is very different than that of a flat ground blade. About 95% of all knives out there are flat ground.
