Here is one of the best I have ever used, they sanitize between each deer and the jerky is great!! Very clean facility and great friendly family run bidness, just North outside Weatherford city limits

Edit: Sorry it's called "Dan's Smokehouse"

Dan's is the only place i'll take an animal!!! He and his family are awesome! Do yourself a favor and get some bacon/burger! We eat it in everything, ex. Tacos, soup, hamburgers, chili, spaghetti!

Don't waste your time anywhere else.

Thanks Isbrim, I spoke with Dan a few days ago and have decided to start taking all of my game to him.

What does Dan charge to process a deer.

I can' recall the poundage of products last year on a small buck we too in, iirc we got 20lbs of jerky (2 flavors) and 20lbs of breakfast sausage (lb packages), straps cut into steaks and the rest ground for around $110, my wife even questioned the price thinking they left off something.. They are str8 up, great folks, I hope to take an elk in soon!
