The new Mule Pro FX is every bit as smooth and fast as the Ranger. The three year warranty from Kawasaki, opposed to the 6 month Polaris Warranty is also worth a lot.
I went with the Mule. +1!
God bless John Wayne!

Any opinions on the polaris hvac model?
Been thinking about picking up the 1000 EPS but wanted the AC since it'll be used to check fences and such and if my grandparents of wife goes with me I'd like them to be comfortable. I figure it's cheaper than feeding 6 horses as well.

I was in your shoes a few months ago. I got a Ranger.570 midsize it's small but very powerful and fits on a 5x10 trailer. It's easy to pull and I can still get 16 mpg with my ecoboost which is such a wuss when it comes to towing. I liked the new mule but just didn't like how it acted when you get on it. It's gets loud but you don't move much faster. Seemed like to Ranger has more articulation in the suspension. The numbers on the specs don't say this but it felt like that on the test drive. I guess you'll just have to drive em. The Yamaha was awesome but it's huge. I like the midsize cause you can get through tight areas in the woods much easier. I shot a hog during dove season and crunched through some nasty brush trailblazed a bit to get to the hog. I would've had to drag it with a full sized utv.

Wacm, I am also looking at the same UTV that you bought for all the same reasons. Where did you buy yours? I wouldn't complain to much about your gas mileage. I have a 5.O and pull a 14 ft trailer with my ATV and getting 11 mpg!

I have both of you beat. I have a 79 F350 pulling a 16ft trailer and my 4 seater UTV. I don't even want to try and figure out my gas mileage but I am sure it isn't as good as either of yours...lol
