I have a small place 32 Acres need to get an idea on what's a reasonable price to ask ? Low fence no water or electric has White Tail , Nilgai, Bobcat, Coyote, Racoons, Rabbits, Turkey I've seen at least 6 different Nilgai on the game cams what I can expect to get for this place ?

In that area someone will likely pay above reasonable rate for full year round exclusive hunting lease rights. However, such a small place probably will not bring much $ to be worth any hassle of leasing unless you are willing to consider long term lease to an individual.

I wouldn't lease it for less than $1500. Too much trouble, otherwise. You need to buy a leasing permit from TPWD, pay the taxes, assume the risk of strangers on the property. Also need to have leasee sign a "release of liability" waiver. You can find the waiver at Texas A/M real estate center. Just google. It should come up. Great hunting area. Possibility of some good deer and chance at Nilgai

Yea I had 30 acres I was going to lease in the hill country for $800 and had tons of interest but people wanted me to show it and ask a million questions, and ask if I would put feeders up and I realized it wasn't even worth my time to lease it.
