Ive always wondered what it would taste like. Anyone here REALLY tried it? Id def try chicken fried backstrap

I tried bobcat among other types of jerky in Wisconsin some years back. I can't say it stands out more or is worse than anything else.

I've heard mountain lion back strap is good but I would think bobcat back strap would be very small

Shot a coyote one morning and boiled the head out for a euro when I got back to camp completely fresh. I pulled a piece of meat off the jaw area and for kicks tried it.... not happening again!

I've heard, if you cook bobcat just right, it tastes exactly like housecat.

That explains quite a bit. I ate an armadillo once. My belly is just about as hairy as an armadillo's belly and my toenails are long. My light footedness and grace are comparable too.

I'm also attracted to busy highways.
