I tried bobcat among other types of jerky in Wisconsin some years back. I can't say it stands out more or is worse than anything else.

I've heard mountain lion back strap is good but I would think bobcat back strap would be very small

Shot a coyote one morning and boiled the head out for a euro when I got back to camp completely fresh. I pulled a piece of meat off the jaw area and for kicks tried it.... not happening again!
