Took some time off to head to SD to help/call for two buds that had tags. They were new to it (greenhorns) so I went to help/teach as I've hunted them for years. Called in 7 bulls in 4 days. Was a blast and can't wait to retire and move back! Nothing against Texas but I just love the black hills.

Great pics. Ufda, that second one is beautiful. That's some beautiful country and I don't blame you a bit for wanting to get home.

Congrats to the hunters and the guide 2 different bulls but both great in their own ways. Really like that country this time of the year, January and February not so much but it does have a beauty that time of the year also.

Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level then beat you with experience.

I am part of another snow goose hunting forum and we send this decoy with the collar all around the us/Canada and take random hunting pics and post it along with the stories. Just a fun thing to do

Congrats to both hunters. That second bull is great looking.

Lol good eyes. I go back every year for two weeks to chase those white Devils. Would live to team up with someone down here in Texas and hit them early if ya chase them? Also have room in our spread (3200 decoy) in SD to return the favor! We are not outfitters just guys that still hate these birds enough to spend our money to try and kill them all.

Went to Black Hills a couple of years ago, was really impressed. I can see why you want to retire there.
