I'm posting this for a guy I work with. He has 300 acres near Brady that has a very good amount of quail. He is possibly interested in leasing it for quail to an outfitter or hunting club. There is no lodging or other facilities.
Approximately, how much would he be able to get leasing it out for quail and dove? He's trying to decide if it would be worthwhile.

An outfitter with a few good pointers would clean the place out in a couple trips.

I'll give him $2 an acre for just me to hunt it.
Only 1 person coming in and out.
